Clicking on overlay makes GW2 inactive, work around?

This isn't necessarily intended, but is a side-effect of how the PAO works.

To explain a little:
The overlay doesn't do any sort of video injection, but is basically just a bunch of windows that sit on top of the game. That's why it only works with GW2 running as windowed or windowed-fullscreen, and why you have to click back onto GW2 to control GW2 again. Yea, a little annoying, but doing proper video injection would be extremely difficult and not worth the effort at this time.
