gw2pao does not save the size of a tracker-window when it is minimized. when I minimize a window and exit gw2pao the size gets reseted.

Hmm.... by minimize, do you mean collapsed using the arrow button in the top-right corner of each window, or do you really mean minimized to the task bar?
