Hi,
I've uploaded the 3.5 version to virustotal like I do with 99% of software and it seems the the newest version is getting mistaking identified as malware by Qihoo-360 www.virustotal.com/en/file/b8a65abc5489e1d9faa3cd887b27182bfdfb874fac9e21db5961b992a780638e/analysis/

Where did you download the PAO from? I can promise it is not a trojan, so unless you downloaded something fake, that's a false-positive.

All official builds of the tool are posted on GitHub and downloadable from samhurne.github.io/gw2pao/ and github.com/SamHurne/gw2pao/releases.
