I already tried to reset everything, but it only shows one dungeon, the catacombs.

You need to expand the box vertically. When you mouse over the dungeon it should show two thin white lines. Mouse over the bottom one, click, and drag it downward to display the rest of the dungeons.
Alternatively, you can scroll through the displayed dungeons with the mouse wheel.
