Create new items/lists to track

If I wanted to add a new list of activities to track daily, is there a way to do that?  I'd like to make a list of all the open world chests, with the closest waypoints, and a short description of how to find it.  That way I would have a list to know which ones I've hit, and which ones are left to hit.
