I set it on the settings but nothing seems to show up when the timer match the time i set. What should i do to make the notifications show up as it should be?

This may be related to the 64-bit client update that has broken the map completion assistant. So, for now, sit tight until I can get a maintenance release out (in-progress now). If you still have the issue with that version after I get it finished, I'll look into this more.
