Here are some of the things you can collect in Ember Bay:

If you wanna do the Token-Collector Achivement, be warned that the Tasks really don't help that much. A lot of the tokens are rather well hidden and require you to use thermal tubes or stuff like this to get there. I recommend using this playlist: www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLz74fmUiLkfy_mqM--Jk23wp20Pexw8N9 - it has german titles but you can identify the tokens using their number and he isn't speaking in the videos but usually just shows the shortest route to each token.
Tokens 23, 24, 25, 29 and 31 are inside the jumping puzzle ... and thats a total nightmare - bring a mesmer if possible. If you're german you could use this guide on YouTube - its pretty easy to follow. There are of course a lot of english guides available, too.
