Grabbing information of what has been cast on your target, the current CD timers of your skills, skill importance, etc is all probably too much and goes against what Arena will allow (although if it doesn't conflict with anything, this would be the preferable addition).
I'd like to be able to build a skill rotation (like what can be found at the bottom of snowcrows.com/builds/guardian/firebrand/condition-firebrand) in PAO and have it highlight the next skill on the hotbar from my rotation I set so I can easily follow along even if I am distracted, which tends to happen a lot.
