3.0 Beta 1

Hey everyone!

I know it's been awhile, but I finally have some new updates to share with anyone who is interested. I've begun work on what will become version 3.0, and you can download the first "beta" here.

This build includes some incomplete features, and is more of an alpha than a beta, but I have added some things that I feel could be useful to some of you.

Changes include the following:

• Performed a huge restructuring of the application so that it is more modular. A lot of code was changed and this may have introduced issues, so please let me know if you notice something is broken that used to work.
• Added new Price Tracker feature (as suggested by lazrael). This tracker shows a list of the tracked items configurable in the settings window. The tracker shows the highest buy order and lowest sell listing values of each item, and include a little button you can press to open up a graph showing historical data since the program started. The graph is still a WIP, but it's basic functionality works for now.
• Added French translations, as provided by Shawni. It's possible that a few of these strings do not fit, and if that's the case, please let me know. These translations should automatically take effect if your PC's culture is configured as FR. I have plans to make the displayed language configurable in the future. NOTE: I am still looking for string translations for Spanish and German, so if anyone out there is interested in helping out, let me know!
• Added some initial Hotkeys to allow you to quickly open/close windows.
• Created a new Settings window where all application and tool-specific settings will live. For now, just general settings, Hotkeys, Event settings, and Commerce settings are located in this new window, but I have plans to add more soon. This will also allow me to add more detailed customization to the existing tools.
