Can't move overlay windows

When the overlay is installed, the overlay window (orange colored type) sits in upper left corner of game screen. However, I can't move the location. Nor does clicking the "X" shut the program. I tried CTRL + Click and Drag without success. Any click activates a game tab and not the overlay. What am I missing?

Right-click on the overlay icon (color change), and try again, windows must move. (sorry for my english...)
