Instead of the little arrow beside the trackers, could you extend the maximize and minimize feature by simply clicking the name? This would sort of mimic how windows work in Windows
By maximize and minimize, do you mean actually maximize and minimize the window, or just that you can collapse the window by double clicking on the title bar?
