I don't know if you are aware, but I'll say it anyway.
Sometimes the hotkey binding isn't saving after I exit the program. I looked - superficially - in the program folder but found nothing like a config file for that. Also, note that I bound all of the options to a left-Ctrl + NumPad keys, including the operators.
Thank you.

Hmm I haven't observed this myself, but I'll definitely look into it. Thanks for reporting it!

I'm testing a thing here... I used the installable version, so maybe it's not saving the config because of admin privileges. I will update later this weekend.

I noticed this as well, but it was only for one specific keybinding: The Auto-Fade Window Borders one. At least, for me, thats the only one that's not saving for program start up.
Also, I used the zip version.

Also, I used the zip version. Thanks for the information! I see the bug for the Auto-Fade Window Borders toggle hotkey. Fix will be in the next build. Still unable to reproduce the issue of not loading any of the hotkeys. Any chance you could post your logs, atheistchristian?

Oh, sorry... I said I'd post the test results and didn't... But the admin thing has nothing to do with that bug and since I updated to the new version, I couldn't reproduce it either... And I don't think I can post the log, 'cuz I think I burnt my power supply, so I'll not have a PC till I buy a new one... Sorry about the false alarm, apparently...

Stinks about your PC! I'm going to continue testing the hotkeys just to be sure, as someone also reported the issue using a github issue (#11).

The hotkey still won't save after close Hmm... What version are you using? Did you use the installer, or one of the .zip downloads? Where are you running the application from?

I get this bug too. I've NEVER had the hotkeys ever be saved upon closing. That being said, I've only ever hot-keyed "Fade Windows" one.
For me? i'm using umm 3.3.5670.26705 and i believe i used the no browser zip version (because I have 3 monitors). hope this helps.

Any chance either of you could post a log file for me to look at? I cannot reproduce this, and that might help out.
Specifically, looking for the following: 1. Start the PAO 2. Set some hotkeys, make sure they work 3. Exit the PAO 4. Start the PAO 5. Post logs
Edit:
Just a little more information - I'm specifically looking for log entries saying "Unable to load all user hotkeys!" or "Unable to load user hotkeys! Exception: <exception>".

Best way to resolve the issue of Keybinds not saving is to go to ur GW2PAO directory, right-click 'GW2PAO.exe,' Click Properties, and check "Run Program as Adminastrator" to have the settings be saved.

It fixed the keybinds not saving issue for me. Set it as Admin, closed the program, started it up again, set up 2 keybinds, closed it again and started it again and the keybinds were there.

And I'm back with my old PC (just replaced the power suply) I'll try to update to the new version as soon as I get GW2 running again. Now I'm with Windows 10 also, so things may change a bit. Where is the log stored, anyways?
